Model 2204 Variable Primary Pressure Flow Controller is a control valve that always keeps flows at a constant rate under a given constant level of secondary pressure (outlet pressure) even when the primary pressure (inlet pressure) fluctuates. The built-in precision needle valve accurately controls flows to the set flow rate, including ultra-minute flows.

A flow controller is a differential pressure regulator designed to control minute gas flows with precision and keep a certain constant flow rate. Model 2203 Variable Secondary Pressure Flow Controller is a control valve that keeps mass flows at a constant rate under a given constant level of supply pressure even when the load pressure on the secondary side (outlet side) fluctuates, and its construction is designed so that the performance of its precision control over flows to the set flow rate is maintained by the incorporated precision needle valve without being affected by such fluctuations.

This is an enhanced model of the KOFLOC Precision Needle Valve Model 2412 (see page 102), which now incorporates a multidial that allows the user to set desired flow rates by dial operations. This valve makes the most of the rotationto-flow linearity and repeatability performance of the 2412 needle.

This needle valve has been designed to control minute gas and liquid flows with precision and ease. Design allows the rotation of the regulating screw to transform into linear motion of the needle without subjecting the needle to gaps and/or vibrations produced by the screw, so smooth, stable flows can be ensured.

The Model 3000 Series maintains flow control characteristics with hysteresis of 15% or less (full-scale current). This ultra-compact proportional solenoid valve is perfect for automatic gas flow control of gas chromatographs and various other analyzers. With its high resolution, the Model 3000 is also suitable for precision pressure control.

The flow meter for gas mixing uses a KOFLOC multiple flow meter to mix multicomponent fluids. Connection of pipes to respective gas inlets and the mixed gas outlet permit gases to be mixed. This flow meter is ideal for easy gas mixing in laboratories and studies.

This multiple flow meter with a needle valve is made by combining several types of flow meter for controlling various flows in a laboratory. It is designed based on the RK1200, a flow meter with precision needle valve, and has been verified to have outstanding reliability.

The Model DF-350 Series is a digital mass flow controller with an integral indicator that operates on a 24-V power supply. It offers features equivalent to the DF-250 Series designed for up to 50 SLM.

The Model DF-300C Series is a mass flow controller with an integral indicator that operates on a 24-V power supply, as developed in response to the requests from users of the DF Series. It inherits the features of the DF-200C Series with enhanced convenience, including accuracy of ±1% S.P., response ≤1 sec (in all ranges), and the multiple-gas, multiple-range versatility, i.e., support of seven gases (including reference gas) and the ease of changing the flow rate range of each gas.

The DF-250 series is a high performance digital mass flow controller with ≤1 sec response less than 50SLM specification. The series offers large flow rate line-up up to 300SLM.

The DF-200 series is a high performance digital mass flow controller with ±1%S.P. accuracy and ≤1 sec response. It also has multple-gas and multiple-range function of seven gases and the ease of changing the flow rate range of each gases.

The Model RK1500 Series Flowmeter is equipped with a bellows seal type needle valve so that it can withstand high vacuum, high pressure, high temperature and toxic gases.
